"(...) Beidha was excavated for eight seasons, seven between 1958 and 1967, and a final one in 1983 (...)" (op. cit., p. 5)
But I suppose that more recent excavations have taken place in this very important site. The book is a thick monograph full of drawings and pictures, allowing us to have a good idea of the complexity of the study done there, when it was not accessible by vehicles, so the archaeological teams camped in this very hard environment, like Bedouins. It is a great contribution to archaeology of the transition from nomadic to sedentary life in this crucial region of the world.
